    • Four (4) yearly embedded data days
    • $3000 annual Special Education salary supplement
    • Veteran mentors for new Special Education teachers
    • Induction Program for new teachers (GO TIP)
    • Special Education Lead per building
    • Special Education (SDI) Instructional Coach per building by program (IRR, AU/ID, PreK, DHH/OI/VI)
    • New Special Education teachers: One (1) paid additional preplanning day
    • All Special Education teachers: Three (3) additional paid preplanning days
