- Four (4) yearly embedded data days
- $3000 annual Special Education salary supplement
- Veteran mentors for new Special Education teachers
- Induction Program for new teachers (GO TIP)
- Special Education Lead per building
- Special Education (SDI) Instructional Coach per building by program (IRR, AU/ID, PreK, DHH/OI/VI)
- New Special Education teachers: One (1) paid additional preplanning day
- All Special Education teachers: Three (3) additional paid preplanning days
- Monthly Special Education-specific PLC
- Quarterly staff input sessions w/District leadership
- Quarterly Special Education Staff recognition program
